The Board of Directors is comprised of elected community members who have volunteered their time and expertise to oversee the management of the community and ensure legal compliance with the Bylaws, Covenants and Restrictions, and Florida Statutes. Each Director will need to complete Certification within 90 days of election and must endorse a BOD Attestation. The tenure of the members on the BOD is 2 years. In 2022 two members were elected/appointed and in 2023, three members were elected/appointed.
Additionally, three members of the Tidelands Estates HOA BOD participate on the Cost Share BOD which is a shared responsibility with two members from the Tidelands on the Intracoastal Condominium Association (COA).
