The Envera security system replaced our twenty-four hour guards with a virtual guard system. All owners are provided an electronic gate card to allow them access through the resident gate. All owners are provided an account/user name and password for access to Envera by phone or via the MyEnvera web site/mobile app. Owners can add temporary visitors as well as permanent visitors like family members. Visitors must enter through the visitor's gate where they are greeted by a live person on the TV mounted entry system. At this point, the driver is asked for government issued identification and the Name/Address of the resident he/she is going to visit. The information is recorded along with a photo of the driver and a photo of the license plate of the vehicle. Owners can also configure MyEnvera to send a text message when their registered visitors arrive and are granted access through the gate.
Residents may also obtain additional gate cards from the representative (below) in the office at the clubhouse - fees will apply.
