Tidelands on the Intracoastal is also referred to Tidelands Estates and Village at Palm Coast. When Phase I of the community was first developed, it was Village at Palm Coast. Then the home sites became Tidelands Estates and is now Tidelands on the Intracoastal after Phase II was added.
